It works by being absorbed through the soil and weed foliage, inhibiting weed growth and preventing new emergence. For post-emergence, weeds typically stop growing soon after application, with full effects visible in one to two weeks. Meso Star is ideal for use in field corn, seed corn, yellow popcorn, sweet corn, and soybeans, and can be tank-mixed with other herbicides for enhanced grass weed control
